This information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/16 – General Data Protection Regulation (from this point further GDPR) and to art. 13 and art. 23 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (from this point further, Codice Privacy)

EU Regulation 679/16 and Legislative Decree 196/03 aim to guarantee that personal data are processed in such a way as to safeguard s human dignity, legitimate interests and fundamental rights. Therefore, it is our duty to inform you on our privacy policy.

Cogea S.r.l., based in Rome, Via Po 102, VAT No 10259111002, in the person of its data controller Alvise Bragadin, would like to inform you that, in accordance with EU Regulation 679/16 and Legislative Decree 196/03 , your data will be processed as follows:

What personal information we collect

Cogea will collect and process your data (e.g. name, surname, legal status, address, phone number, email address, etc.) upon entering into a contract with you, or when filling out a form on our website.

Purpose of processing

Your personal data are processed without your express consent in these cases:

  • processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
  • processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.
  • processing is necessary in order to protect the vital interests of the data subject, the data controller, the company, or another natural person.

Processing procedure

All personal data provided through this site will be processed in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness and transparency and will be retained for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed pursuant to art. 5 of EU Regulation 679/16, in order to provide the requested services as well as to respond to any requests or communications.

As established by art. 32 of EU Regulation 679/16 Cogea adopts appropriate and adequate preventive safety measures in order to avoid the risk of destruction or loss of data, unauthorised access or processing that is not permitted or does not comply with the purpose of the collection.

Sharing of information

The data will be processed by data processors pursuant to art. 30 of Legislative Decree 196/03 and art. 29 of EU Regulation 679/16. Any third parties, to whom they could be communicated for the execution of processing operations connected with the purposes specified in this statement, are previously designated by the Data Controller as external representatives or external managers of the processing pursuant to art. 28 of EU Regulation 679/16.

Cogea may share user information, when services are requested or at the request of the user, with its business partners, for commercial, legal reasons or in case of dispute; it can also communicate such data with the subjects that provide services for the management of the information system.

Cogea can share information other than that described prior to notification and obtaining consent.

Cogea does not sell or temporarily transfer the personal data of its users.

No data will be communicated in any other way or disclosed in violation of the law.

Storage and deletion of information

Cogea retains your information for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data was collected and may also delete and make your information anonymous on request. Cogea may retain data beyond the natural expiry of the contract if it is required as a legal obligation.

After this retention period, the Data will be destroyed and/or deleted.

Rights of interested parties

The parties whose personal data is referred to have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of such data (and receive a copy of the same) and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration, updating, or correction. They also have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law or in case of rectification (pending such adjustment by the Data Controller), and to oppose in any case, for reasons related to its particular situation, to their processing (arts. 15-22 of EU Regulation 679/16 and art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03).

Data controller

The Data Controller is Cogea S.r.l., with registered office in Rome, in via Po 102, VAT No 10259111002, in the person of Alvise Bragadin.

The Data Controller also makes use of internal and external processors appointed for the achievement of the purposes (technical purposes related to the provision of the service and commercial purposes).

Privacy policy changes

The Holder reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove parts of this privacy policy. The interested party should check periodically to see if changes have been made. If substantial changes are made to the use of data relating to the user by Cogea, the latter will inform the user by posting these changes and highlighting them clearly on its pages.
