AZTI Tecnalia: a Spanish Technological Centre specialised and leader at EU level in Marine and Food Research. Core business of the corporation is represented by Research and Technical assistance  to public and private bodies at international level on 6 major issues: Marine technology; Applied research aimed at sustainable coastal development ; Operational oceanography; Fisheries management; Technology at the service of efficient and safe fishing; Food Industry and food research.

AND International: a French independent firm with over 30 years of experience in consultancy and specialized in the food industry. It has been providing strategic advisory services to DG MARE focused on Maritime Policy and on the ongoing exercise of the Reform of EU Regulation for fisheries.

CETMAR: a Spanish Public Foundation promoted by the Government of Galicia together with the Ministry of Science and Innovation. It focuses on R+D as well as in supporting initiatives for the sustainable development of marine resources and to increase the efficiency of the sectors within fisheries, aquaculture and seafood processing.

DEIAGRA: The Department of Agriculture Economics and Engineering of the University of Bologna carries out research in Agricultural policy and economic systems, as well as on food production and processing systems. It focuses on competitiveness, economic integration, marketing activities, quality policies, regional and international supply-chains. It operates in Italy, EU, and extra-EU regions, in particular the Central-Eastern Europe, the Balkans and the Mediterranean basin.

Eurofish: an international organisation established to assist the development of fisheries and aquaculture in Central and Eastern Europe, through the publication of marketing and industry related information in the Eurofish Magazine, as well as through the organization of conferences, workshops and seminars. It is part of a global network – the FISH INFOnetwork coordinated by FAO-GLOBEFISH.

Kontali Analyse: a Norwegian independent company, a worldwide leading provider of analyses covering the main commercial species with special focus on production and market development with fisheries and aquaculture as most important area.

Poseidon Aquatic Resources Management: an English independent company works globally providing advice on the production, management, processing and marketing/trade of fisheries and aquaculture products, as well as on marine environmental issues in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, the Pacific, Africa, and the Americas.

SINTEF: SINTEF is the largest independent research organisation in Scandinavia, and possesses international top-level expertise in technology, medicine and the social sciences. Its activities include ICT, building and infrastructure, fishery and aquaculture, materials and chemistry, energy research, petroleum research, technology and society. SINTEF also acts as an incubator for new industrial companies. SINTEF has clients in about 60 different countries.

School of Marine Science and Technology – University of Newcastle upon Tyne: the School of Marine Science and Technology is the largest and broadest-based marine school in the UK, covering the fields of marine engineering, marine biology, naval architecture, offshore engineering, coastal management and small craft technology, and enjoys a substantial international reputation. Consultancy services provided by SMST cover both areas: Marine Technology and Marine Biology.
